The Farmhouse has a private swimming pool, bar, pool table, full sized snooker table, bar billiards, darts and a 9 hole Crazy Golf course which are available for renters to use and a 10 pin bowling alley. The guesthouse has a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and small lounge. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and two WC’s, one with washbasin and shower.

An ideal venue for corporate events and golfing holidays.

The Costa de Almeria region

Almeria is a desert area and has the warmest climate in Spain. Spaghetti westerns were filmed here and Mini-Hollywood is a great day out. The beaches of San Juan and Mojacar are a 30 minute drive away and have lovely sandy beaches which never get packed.

Huercal-Overa / Urcal area

The town of Huercal Overa is a 10 minute drive away and has a new theatre, new Spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a cinema, bullring and plenty of shops and bars. The Feria in October lasts for five days and includes a funfair, stalls, music tents and plenty of drinking/eating areas.

The village of Urcal has two mini-supermarkets, two bars serving food and a restaurant. There is also a Church and a doctors surgery.

We do not allow smoking inside the property but feel free to smoke anywhere outside. Pull up a bar stool and enjoy a cold beer while you smoke.

The whole Farmhouse can be rented which accommodates 14 people using 2 sofabeds. The price for this is available on application.

We would also consider All-Inclusive for a minimum of four people. Again the price is available on application.
